High efficiency direct replacement radiator for Defender Td5, 2.4 TDCi and 2.2 Tdci
Over 35% more cooling capacity. Overall dimensions are the same as original, to allow installation with no modifications, but we manufacture using a 20% thicker cooling core.
Manufactured using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling without clogging with mud.
Modelled with Solid Works and built at our UK workshop using laser cut profiles, CNC formed end tanks and fully TIG welded by hand.
All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security, any threads are CNC machined and all our radiators are pressure tested to 30psi before dispatch.
1 year warranty
Note, for maximum cooling, we recommend using the original viscous fan. Aluminium radiators are primarily designed to aid cooling as they are far more efficient than copper and brass, rather than longevity.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.

Dear Allisport Team,
Fitted this radiator to my 2.4 Puma a while ago. Fitting was straight forward. The radiator fits generally very well (of course due to the bigger size of the radiator it fits more tight in the bay, so I had to cutout some plastic a bit, which is absolutely not an issue for me).
This product is awesome and a joy to have it fitted to my expedition rig. Stunning quality and great craftmanship/ welding!!!

Brilliant product, as with every item I have ordered the craftsman ship and welding is amazing! We use this product when installing BMW 3.0D M57 engines into Land Rovers and although the standard TDCI radiator can ‘cope’ the difference is night and day. You cannot hold your hand on a standard Defender radiator after a 10 minute hard test drive whereas this product just is just comfortably warm as it should be from OEM engine. Highly recommended when fitting high powered engines as we do!

We just received an Allisport Defender Td5, 2.2 and 2.4 Tdci uprated alloy radiator.
This is a perfect upgrade for our Defender with which we accompany our Guided self-drive tours in Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
Because we drive a lot on corrugated roads, we were advised to use the racing version of the Defender Td5, 2.2 and 2.4 Tdci uprated alloy radiator.
