AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.

There are a few companies which make replacement airboxes for the Defender, but the AlliSport is by far the neatest solution. It fits in the existing spot, so no mods required or cramping space in the bay.
I purchased the whole kit including the intake hose. I already replaced all other hoses with silicone hoses, so it made sense to do this.
After installation I had a few more times error codes coming up. The usual mafs and another one. I replaced the MAF Sensor as it turned out it was looking a bit dodgy. The other error code was caused by a dodgy wire in the harness loom, causing occasionally a short. Anyway all fixed.
The engine just sounds a lot calmer specifically at 100Km/hr and over. I have a 2013 2.2 Tdci with 190,000Km on the clock. I also have a Safari snorkel. I have an AlliSport upgraded intercooler
Yes still original engine and at gets serviced religiously every 9K. Anything broken or dodgy gets fixed or replaced. So yes I look very well after her. It is the daily driver and will be with me forever.
What I did not expect is that I am getting between 70 and a 100km more out of a tank, depending city/highway. Based on that figure it will have paid for itself after filling up the car about 66 times or roughy after 18 months.

I bought this kit including the air intake hose. I’ve ben amazed by the improvement in performance of the car which I hadn’t expected to feel so clearly, acceleration is improved and it feels more relaxed at higher speeds, my sense is that this is much more than a 5hp increase (read that number somewhere). Also a nice looking piece of kit. Extremely pleased with it.
