Suitable for all Land Rover models fitted with plastic ZF oil reservoir as standard
British made with a lifetime warranty
Designed to replace the plastic ZF reservoir, which is prone to splitting and leaking vapour through the breathable cap, which then collects dirt and runs the risk of water ingress.
Our external breather design means no unsightly mess under the bonnet and allows routing with high axle/gearbox breathers to eliminate water ingress.
Manufactured from laser cut, corrosion resistant aluminium and fully TIG welded by hand in house.

12mm & 16mm feed and return pipes with CNC milled swages for pipe security

AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.

Everything fit generally very well.
Items only modified to fit new uprated radiator –
Oil cooler slot slightly altered
I had to cut 1/8.” off plastic so it would slide into your mounting brackets.
Piece of cake! All three items Radiator, header tank and power steering res. where a joy to install. And if there wasn’t little things like I mentioned above, it would not feel custom.
In other words. Awesome fit! Don’t change a thing.

Very well made and designed product. I especially like the long breather tube which takes excess fluid away from the inter cooler. The standard plastic reservoir leaks a lot and can block the cooling fins of the intercooler.
