AlliSport strive to produce the highest quality products designed to withstand many years of use and we are proud to stand behind these products. However, we manufacture many products and if you make enough of anything, a limited number of problems may be expected. It is how we deal with a problem that is important!
Effective January 2016 onwards, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your AlliSport® intercooler may not survive to the ripe old age of 70.
(But we have heard from happy customers whose well-loved and cared for 1999 products are still going strong!)
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK, including a copy of the receipt, otherwise we require an order or invoice number to track it through our records.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Not all AlliSport products are covered by the lifetime warranty, please check the warranty tab on the product detail page for further info. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with removal and refitting of a product covered by this warranty. You accept these conditions by purchasing the product.

The hoses are great! Because the hoses are thicker than the originals, the original clamps don’t fit. It would be good if it were in the description.

Had to do an engine swap this whole year, so I needed a complete set of hoses, great price for everything! although, not sure if I got the correct set, ordered hoses for a LHD, and for some reason the hose from the water pump that goes over the steering box, and across the front cross member, where it has a t-junction and goes 90° down landed on top of the power steering box, and was very obvious didn’t fit. had to cut it and make a 90° bend. several hoses needed a slight trim to fit without getting a kink, and for some reason , where the OEM hoses were one piece, I needed hose connectors for the replacements, wouldve been nice if they came with the kit instead of ordering hose connectors.
but overall happy with them. would also be appreciated if it came with an engine diagram to see where they all go.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for taking time to leave a review, we really appreciate the feedback. We have recently discovered there are two types of 15p Defender hose kits (thanks LR!) So I think you had an earl/late version and the difference is at the hose you describe. The kit should have come with all joiners needed, we can always send anything missing! And yes there are a lot of hoses to find homes for and often they are supplied slightly long. Let me know if we can help in the future.
