For maximum benefit when tuning the TD5, it is beneficial to increase the boost pressure.
This cannot be done with the car in standard form as the ECU will sense higher boost and go into reduced power limp mode.
Limp mode can be overcome with one of our Boost Boxes, allowing up to 1.35-1.4 bar of boost, which will in turn make the intercooler more efficient.
This is only recommended when an uprated intercooler is installed.

1 Year Warranty
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, and not a third party.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Neither are we liable for any claims for workshop time, loss of earning, vehicle storage etc
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to AlliSport Ltd, Aubrey’s Farm, Bromesberrow Estate, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 1RZ, UK.
All shipping for warranty must be pre-paid, suitably packed and insured and accompanied by reference to the original invoice. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.

just fitted box as I had a upgraded turbo and intercooler didn’t realise what I was missing till fitted this great difference with power, easy to fit with instructions.

Boost Box fuer den TD5. Nach Turbowechsel und anderem Mapping ging das Steuergeraet immer in Overboost. Die Boost Box von Allisports schafft abhilfe. Montage ist sehr einfach und die Funktion einwandfrei. Da macht der TD5 richtig gute Laune.
